JOIN SKANDINÁV HÁZ ALAPÍTVÁNY!

The Foundation is opened. Hungarian and foreign, either natural or juridical persons or business associations without juridical person may join the Foundation with their assets in case they accept the main aims of the Foundation mentioned in chapter II. and the provisions of this Foundation Charter. The contribution must be declared in a written paper, on which the supervisory board decides.

The contributor who joins the Foundation may stipulate that its donation given either in cash or in kind must only be applied – partly or totally – for a particular aim within the aims of the Foundation.

The contributors do not become founders by providing or paying contributions to the Foundation, they must not acquire such licenses or jurisdiction that would only concern the founder who signed the Foundation Charter or the designated persons or organisations to assert the founders right, according to the public act.

The contributors must not be the members of the supervisory board of the Foundation. The contributors must not be political parties or any political organisations that are related to any political party.
