RIVERSIDE - WEBSERIES FROM THE HIT TV SERIES ANDRA AVENYN

The new web-based series titled Riverside presented by the Swedish Television (SVT) will have premiere on 7th September. This is the first time ever, that SVT makes a series only for web-broadcasting. The series will be also available on our homepage at Nordic House.


With only a tiny budget and a small group of people (10-12), but with huge enthusiasm SVT has created the series called Riverside. It´s based on the successful and previously broadcasted tv-series Andra Avenyn, but it´s not a follow-up. The series will be on air everyday for around 5 minutes and even during weekends as a 30 minutes` recap for those who have missed it earlier. Everyone who is a fan of Scandinavian culture will have the oppoturnity to follow the serie here at Nordic House´s website day after day, by favour of SVT.

In the webseries you will meet some already known Swedish actors but the focus will be on supporting actors from Andra Avenyn and some new faces will be also showned. In the main roles you will find Madeleine Martin, Shvan Alladin, Jonas Sundh, Anton Gyllensten, Frida Bagri, Jonas Bane and Ida Linnetorp. As a curious fact the series has been recorded in the Hisingen area of Gothenburg, where the former members of Ace of Base were brought up.
