This year MOL jazz festival is organized for the fifth time from 12 to 16 September 2007 with participation of international and Hungarian stars. Norwegian jazz group, Supersilent also plays at the festival.

The popularity and fame of this event is indicated by the fact that besides the big-tent near Közraktár, halls of Palace of Arts and jazz-boat anchored in the nearby harbour also became scenes of the festival. Cafés at Ráday street and other locations in Ferencváros have joined the series of events, too.

European, American and African groups appearing on stage represent several trends of style - from mainstream to contemporary jazz, from solo performance to full orchestra which may reckon on more generations’ interest.
