EXHIBITIONS ON ASTRID LINDGREN

The most famous writer of Swedish children's literature Astrid Lindgren would be 100 years old this November. For this occasion a series of exhibitions will take place in Hungary with the title "Astrid Lindgren lives today".

The first stop of the touring exhibition will be at the Sárkányos Children's Library of Fővárosi Szabó Ervin Könyvtár. The opening of the exhibition will be on the 11th of June at 11 am. From July on the material of the exhibition can be seen in different locations of Budapest and in bigger cities of Hungary. The exhibition will be accompanied by diverse other events - among others seminars, films, readings - all related to the jubilee.
