THE 100 POOREST IN NORDIC HOUSE

„The 100 poorest” was published by Kurt Lewin Foundation in 2009 and it attempts to show a few examples of the numberless faces of poverty through 100 photos and short descriptions. From this material also an exhibition was born and was presented in several places since then. One of the main supporters of the publication is the Kingdom of Norway, this gave the idea to Nordic House to give place for the exhibition for a short time.

Our foundation together with Finnagora organize a lecture in this subject with the participation of Scandinavian lecturers on 25.of March. The detailed program and other information about participation can soon be read on our homepage and in our newsletter.

Opening of exhibition “100 poorest” in Nordic House – 08.03.2010. at 19.00

The exhibition will be opened by Tamás Polgár, councilor of Royal Norwegian Embassy and Mária Fáskerti, chairman of Friends’ Circle of Hungarians in Norway.
Stories belonging to photos can be read in English, too.
The exhibition can be visited till 31. March.
